Hotel La Motilla is a very nice modern (new) hotel located outside Seville in a small suburban town called “Dos Hermanas,” this means two sisters in Spanish, maybe it was because two sisters started the town, who knows..., most of the names in Spain have a simple history like that. La Motilla in SEVILLE. Anyway, something very famous and up to date about the Hotel La Motilla, is that the guys that composed the famous song “Macarena” are from here, meaning not that just they were born here, they were and probably still are living in Dos Hermanas when they composed this song that has broken all records around the world. So this already gives an idea of how people from Andalusia (Andaluces) are, what in America would be called “happy go lucky.” And just being Andaluces gives a feeling of ease, no one is in a hurry to do anything. Back to the Hotel La Motilla, it is a modern hotel; the rooms are all very nice, exactly as if you were in an American hotel, and also the restaurant, bar, pool, etc. So if what you want true American comfort while in Seville, here is the place. Hotel La Motilla is less than 10 minutes from downtown Seville and you don’t have to take your car, which you can leave here parked for free, and take the public bus, which as in all of Spain is excellent service and quite inexpensive
