***Hotel will be renovating the kitchen adjacent to Quay's Restaurant commencing 1st January 2008 & expect completion by 28th January 2008. Mercure Brisbane (room Only) in Brisbane. During this time Quay's Restaurant will relocate to Grand Chelsea Ballroom for Breakfast & for dinner, in the adjacent Hotel Ibis Brisbane (accessed by internal corridor from Mercure Brisbane). There will be no noise disruptions caused to guests.*** Mercure Hotel Brisbane is in the heart of the city, with spectacular views of the river and Southbank Parklands. The hotel features 194 rooms, with some offering views over the river, a swimming pool, a restaurant, 2 bars and conference facilities for up to 900 delegates.
